Imagine a week in the heart of Provence—long, leisurely days, beautiful surroundings, incredible food and wine, and time to simply slow down and enjoy it all. In the fall of 2028, I’ll be hosting a very special trip to Le Mas de Poiriers, a breathtaking estate nestled among a 65-acre pear orchard just outside the historic city of Avignon, France. This time, the experience will be open to both men and women, with plenty more to share as plans begin to take shape.
